Freelancer.com Not Able to With Draw Funds

Hi,

freelancer.com blocked my account as soon as I was paid for my first job. I struggled and sent 1000 mails to freelancer support requesting them to explain me why my account is blocked and why am I not able to with draw funds. As they done it with no reasons so no response was given by freelancer team. I believe they are doing this to consume money of users.

Finally, I got a below mail after 1 month saying that  my PayPal account has done some wrong transactions and my account is blocked due to security reasons. This was a complete shock for me as I never used my PayPal for transactions. How they can send me such fake excuse.

I was super confident that my PayPal account has never been used and not even compromised by anyone. I still send an email to PayPal support and I got below reply as expected.

So it got clear now that no transactions happened and my account was banned with no reason. Now again they are not responding to me. 

I believe they are finding the other excuse now not to release my money. what to do with these crooks???

They are cheating with users and buyers.

I resaonably believe that one day the company will officially default. As far as I am suspecting, they just blew the deposited money and to give you yours, they have to get new deposits. It means that one day they will go bankrupt officially. What to do? Go away and warn everyone you can.

Hi,

I registered my account on freelancer.com and started bidding on it. I got my first job and got busy in finishing it. I finished my first job and got the agreed amount with nice feedback.

Everything was fine till now but as soon as I got project amount in my freelancer account, they blocked my account and I am not able to withdraw funds.

They asked me to verify the identity and asked to submit documents.

As I have got some funds in my account, they are doing this to consume my money.

I had no way so I presented all possible document and all of my documents are accepted as well.

I asked them why my account is not active and they had no answer.

I said, Give me justifiable reason and  I will pay you $ 1000.

My account has been banned with no reasons and this thing is making me restless.

I am least worried about such small amount. I am disappointed as online criminals like freelancer are present on Internet and user like me can be victim in future as well.

I said 10,000 times that I am innocent and they still did not give me proof which shows I have done something wrong.

I am now planning to invest further in my blog against you to make people aware about your fake policies to cheat people.

1. They will block your account as soon as they see some funds in your account.

2. They will ask for some verification and you need to verify yourself by submitting your personal documents like Passport.

3.  You should never share your personal details over such sites.

4. If you submit your information, they will misuse it and will keep on asking more documents for you.

5. They will never activate your account and you can not withdraw your funds.


You can not withdraw your funds is the conclusion of this post. So please do not deal on freelancer.com site as you are never going to get your job amount.
